Please be respectful and read my ToS before commissioning me. Once agreed, you have read the ToS. I am not responsible for any personal or regular info to be leaked through the web. Please understand I do not control that, and you should be responsible with your information.

You have to be age 18+ to commission me for any NSFW artwork and any physical items shipped to you. If you are under the age 18 I need parental or guardian consent and approval of purchase. If you are not open to your parents/guardians about being a furry please inform them if your under 18 years of age. If your 18+ I can make US ONLY packages discreet. By law I have to write what's in packages for international packages.

Shipping products 

If your physical products go through any customs in your country/state/providence you are responsible for Customs charge. This means you have to pay for the Customs check at your local post office to receive your package. I have no control if your package goes to Customs at all. Once the package leaves me it is out of my control. You will be provided a tracking number by me, and some shipping insurance is applied to all packages (does not cover the whole price). Shipping internationally prices may be higher than normal. All shipping prices are not the same.

Commissioning

When commissioning me I send WIPs (work in progress) to you. I accept you to be picky as much as you want, this is your commission not mine, so it needs to be perfect to you. Once agreed to any fixes or finals what you see is what you get. If you're not happy tell me and I will try my best to fix it. Since everything is custom, I don't do refunds. Refunds must be given before completion of the item/art. Once completed you will not get a refund. For fursuit work all refunds must be done before the furring progress. After furring has been started refunds are not accepted. If you want a refund before, I have the rights to sell off what has been done no matter if it looks like your fursona/oc. You will get the remainder money that wasn't spent on materials as a refund.

Communication

I communicate all the time with my customers. I send proof of purchases of materials, wips, and fixes to my customers. If you receive your product and don't like it or disappointed, I'm sorry, with all wips and fixes I send, and questions answered there shouldn't be a reason you hate it because you were helping me through the process. If you didn't like something, then we could have fixed it before. Any questions you have about your commission I have to answer.

Quality

I promise MQ or same quality of my personal fursuit and artwork for my commissions. I can not make all commissions the same because I'm not a machine. You are given photos and wips of the products for understanding what it is and what quality it is. I do not have control over my phone camera or apps used to send photos for the quality change. Real life and digital technology are different and you understand that. All handmade products are also not machine made and will have errors but again that is not my fault.

Product testing and making

All physical products made by me are handmade and tested. I own 4 cats and 1 dog so pet fur and dandruff is expected. If you are allergic to anything you are asked to provide. If you do not provide It is not my fault for anything. I do eat by my desk and my animal's fur and dandruff does get in my workspace, but I try my hardest to keep and clean everything when making to help prevent allergies. I cannot 100% prevent any triggers to allergies from my products and not in full control for anything that triggers you.

Payments

I accept PayPal and Cashapp payments only at the time. I send invoices for payments (unless it is cashapp). If you do a payment plan with me, you have to pay the full price that is due before I ship anything or send anything digitally. If you back out of payment plans, I have the right to sell off what has been done no matter how similar it looks to your fursona/oc.  Any tax PayPal or Cashapp takes is not my responsibility at all.

Refusal/Cancel/Acceptance 

I have the right to accept, deny, and cancel any commissions. Refund will be made but if it's in the middle of progress only half or what's available left from the total is given back. I do not accept returns or refunds.

Time

The time it takes me to complete commissions does not meet everyone else due dates. I work on my own time, and I try to meet my deadlines I make for myself but will not meet 100%. You understand I will not meet the times I say completion will be. Completion times are only estimates. Please do not harass me for completion, this will result in a warning then a block with no refund. I send wips of what I have. If you do have a deadline coming up, I will try my hardest to meet it, but it's not guaranteed.
